Body Piercing is San Diego’s original professional piercing
studio. We use the lastest and most progressive techniques in
the piercing industry to facilitate physical change in a safe
and positive manner. Founded in 1994 as Dr. Jefe’s Body
Piercing, we have been bringing the best in professional piercing
to southern California for over a decade.
At Apogee Body Piercing, we feel that our continuing education
is important to our customers. All Apogee employees have undergone
professional First Aid, CPR, and Blood Borne Pathogens training
from the American Red Cross and the Occupational Safety and
Health Administration. We regularly attend seminars that pertain
to disease control and piercing technique. Our experience enables
us to provide you with proper direction regarding the placement,
jewelry choice, and aftercare of your piercing.
Apogee Body Piercing is proud to pierce only with internally
threaded jewerly. We use 3161vm surgical stainless steel, ASTM
F-138 titanium, and 14 or 18 karat solid nickel free gold. These
implant grade metals will not trigger allergic reactions and
will minimize the risk of irritation during healing.
With the extreme growth of the body modification industry, it
seems that everywhere you look there is a business that offers
body piercing. Apogee is purely a piercing studio. We view our
profession as an art form and with great reverence. As piercing
specialists, our energies are focused on providing the public
with the experience and information to make an educated decision
